17 year old Benjamin, Arvid and Oscar felt really bad every time they left their grandparents behind at the elderly home. Somewhere deep inside they knew that nothing exciting would happen in their lives until they came back to visit them.
At the same time they kept talking to their friends about how hard it was to get a job during the Summer or during weekends. So they started to think:
What if all of our friends could go visit the old folks at the elderly home. Hang with them. Play chess with them. Go for a walk with them. Listen to their life stories. And get paid for it!
3 years later they have 550 young people working for them all over Sweden in their company Ung Omsorg! Today I will have the honor of interviewing them on stage at the "Näringslivsdagarna" in Helsingborg, Sweden! Their story and their concept makes me so happy I must really concentrate on not crying when I see them!
Benjamin, Arvid and Oscar you make me so incredibly proud!
